RETURN POLICY All products are quality checked and shipped with the utmost care. Any RocketDisk.com products damaged during shipment are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and not the responsibility of RocketDisk.com. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery for damage. Any and all claims due to damage during shipping shall be made to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery and not to RocketDisk.com. RocketDisk.com shall be held harmless for any damages incurred during shipping. RocketDisk.com charges a shipping rate for the initial product delivery to our customers. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise shall be the responsibility of the customer and shall not the responsibility of RocketDisk.com. Returned merchandise must be defective in order to qualify for refund replacement.
